Consumable product line
BB Technical Service provides four different range of products:
- SW: consumables selected by BB Technical Service and approved by Faiveley Transport Italy for applications on pneumatic parts. Download a PDF version of Faiveley approvals.
- SP: consumables selected by BB Technical Service and approved by SPII for applications on electromechanical components. Download a PDF version of SPII approvals.
- CP: consumables selected by BB Technical Service and approved by Production Group for applications on pantographs and train front-head.
- TS: multipurpose consumables selected and tested by BB Technical Service.
Formulated with the best raw materials, TS 33 S combines an optimal
lubricant action with a fast unblocking effect and a proper
protection against oxidation. It’s characterized with an excellent penetration
grade even on vertical surfaces. TS 33 S is suitable as lubricant
on hinges, timers, chains while as unblocker for screws, nuts
and bolts, joints, locks. TS 33 S contains flammable solvents therefore
it should be handled with care away from fire and/or heaters;
it is not suitable for rubbers, plastics or painted particulars. TS 33
S does not cause any harm to metals and alloys.

Aerosol of siliconic oil of high purity. It is characterized by total hydro
repellence with dewatering effect. It doesn’t contains solvents and toxic
substances. TS 36 S doesn’t show any incompatibility on metals and
plastics. TS 36 S can be mixed only with other products made on silicon
base. Due to its silicon base, the product can reduce adhesiveness

It strongly adheres to metal surfaces providing a film with excellent
anti galling and lubricant performance up to 450°C. TS 39 S is suggested
for the lubricant treatment and anti galling prevention on
the rotors of the non-lubricated vacuum pumps and for the dry lubrication
of slider bars.

This product, thanks to its high anti-oxidation grade, unfluctuating viscosity
and optimal detergent effect, prevents sediments and lacquers
keeping the circuit and the separator
clean. TS 415 assures
an higher efficiency level of the
pump with oil refilling/replacements
from 6 to 8 times lower
than mineral oils, especially
due to an higher resistant lubricant
film, a superior lubricity
and a minimal wearing. It is
particularly indicated for those
pumps which needs lubricants
with high viscosity grade.

Further information
It is characterized by high resistance to micropitting, lasting persistency
of the lubricant layer and low oxidation rate even exposed to
high temperatures. It is recommended for bearings and gears put
under heavy specific loads and high peripherical speed. TS 431 assures
also high performances at elevated pressures. It reduces wearings
and energy consumption. Product has also an excellent
deaeration rating, good anti-foam performance and a remarkable
noise reduction effect. It is also perfectly compatible with gaskets,
paints and the other parts of the compressors.

Fully synthetic lubricant formulated on purpose for vacuum vane
pumps. Its nature and its viscosity make TS 480 particularly performing
in those cases where pump aspirates polymers with consequent
oil thickening. Product is also
endowed with an high anti-oxidation
grade, an unfluctuating
viscosity and an optimal detergent
effect which prevent
sediments and lacquers keeping
circuit and separator
clean.TS 480 has an excellent
deaeration rating, good antifoam
performance and a long
lasting period on duty. It is also
perfectly compatible with gaskets,
paints and the other

for vacuum vane pumps.This product, thanks to its high anti-oxidation
grade, unfluctuating viscosity and optimal detergent effect,
prevents sediments and lacquers keeping the circuit and the separator
clean. TS 499 assures an higher efficiency level of the pump
with oil refilling/replacements from 6 to 8 times lower than mineral
oils, especially due to an higher resistant lubricant film, a superior lubricity
and a minimal wearing.

Further information
It is highly penetrating and it makes metal surfaces brilliant. It is ideal
for the degreasing procedure of the industrial coachwork before welding
and / or painting. Its high degreasing effect is due to the particular
mixture of surfactants completely safe for operators and suitable
for all kind of metal including copper and manganese. It’s the best
product for aluminum (and its
alloys) which doesn’t not blacken
and furthermore, it gets
more brilliant. Thanks to its
high solubility and total absence
of caustic salts/aggressive
substances, TS 660
needs only a brief rinse before
welding and/or painting. TS
660 can be used with hydrocleaners
(on 7-10% vol.) but
also with brush or rag (3-5%).
