It allows to achieve high cleaning levels even on those particulars encrusted with grease mixed with dirt. It is suggested by Faiveley Transport for the cleaning procedure of the spools installed on the switch towers of the dryers embedded in the air treatment systems. SW 418 is employed also to clean electro-hydraulic units and hydraulic actuators of the Faiveley hydraulic brake system (embedded on trams). SW 434 assures rapidity and efficacy, it doesn’t interfere in power transmission and it doesn’t damage the components. SW 434 evaporates quickly without leaving any traces. It is suggested by Faiveley Transport for washing processes of compressors and brake parts. It degreases the surfaces and primes it at best for any oil leakages surveying operations (to be performed with the suggested SW 354).The product guarantees rapidity and efficacy due to its high penetration grade. Recommended concentration is 8- 10% (possibly in warm water). For the specific cleaning of radiators on duty it is suggested to apply SW 435 with manual nebulizer. Let it work for some minutes, then turn on the compressor. This procedure will be effective in degreasing also honey comb structures. It is a lubricant on synthetic hydrocarbons base with viscosity ISO 46. Thanks to its specific formula, it can be employed on even on those “quick pump” equipped systems without any foam and just a minimal variation in viscosity. Its typical excellent qualities as lubricant help to reduce consistently the wear of parts and to extend the onduty period of the mechanical components. SW 436 is suitable with all oleodynamic systems and it is also compatible with other mineral and syntethic oils based on hydro-carbons, normally used in these systems. It’s a synthetic ester-based grease with lithiumsoaps and excellent antiwearing properties at extreme pressures; it is also characterized with a good adhesiveness, hydro repellence and anti-oxidation protection that, combined with its high penetration grade, allows extended periods before re-lubrication, absence of impurities and incrustations. It is suggested by Faiveley Transport for all little lubrications on board of rail vehicles - roller-ball guides - joint pistons - sliding door mechanisms - precision mechanics tools in general - hinges.
