Consumable product line
BB Technical Service provides four different range of products:
- SW: consumables selected by BB Technical Service and approved by Faiveley Transport Italy for applications on pneumatic parts. Download a PDF version of Faiveley approvals.

It’s a synthetic hydrocarbons based grease added with lithium soaps.
TS 12 G contains PTFE which assures an excellent anti-wearing performance
up to 200°C. Thanks to its high dropping point, TS 12 G
can be used on a wide interval
of temperature. It doesn’t separate
oil even on high temperatures,
it resists to thermal
cracking and shows low evaporation.
TS 12 G lasts for long
periods even under loads or
high speed. Its full compatibility
with rubbers and gaskets
makes it the ideal product for
their lubrication. It provides optimal
performances on all kind
of bearings and mechanisms
working under extreme conditions.

Further information
It’s a fully siliconic grease with high consistency grade, nontoxic and
dielectric. TS 16 G is compatible with every kind of rubber and plastic
and it is therefore suitable to lubricate and to protect gaskets, orings
and mechanisms made by plastic. TS 16 G assures an
anti-oxidant effect also in immersion, it’s low flammable and it doesn’t
cause any harm in case of contact with skin. It’s compatible only
with siliconic greases.

Thanks to its consistency and its polarity, TS 17 G is perfectly suitable
for the brush lubrication of the bends which shows wearing beyond
admitted tolerances. It has been formulated with biodegradable
synthetic oil to which has been added some special chemicals and
solid lubricants that make it resistant even under heavy loads. It
shows high performances against weathering and it has a wide range
of temperatures of employment. TS 17 G contains an high percentage
of highly pure graphite and it is suitable even on automatic lubrication
systems. PACKAGES: Tin of 10 kgs.

It is a special biodegradable grease with consistency NLGI 2, on synthetic
base, highly lubricant which contains self lubricant solids working
under elevated pressure.TS 18 G has been formulated on purpose for
a “long life” lubrication of the gauge face of the rail. It is characterized
by an excellent adhesion to the part, high resistance to temperature
and it assures a reduced variation of consistency in a wide range of
temperature. Lubricant solids contained in TS 18 G provide sensible benefits
in the lubrication because they expand the surface of contact,
they reduce static friction and they ensure a proper lubrication under
extreme conditions and/or in lubricant shortage state.

Formulated with the best raw materials, TS 33 S combines an optimal
lubricant action with a fast unblocking effect and a proper
protection against oxidation. It’s characterized with an excellent penetration
grade even on vertical surfaces. TS 33 S is suitable as lubricant
on hinges, timers, chains while as unblocker for screws, nuts
and bolts, joints, locks. TS 33 S contains flammable solvents therefore
it should be handled with care away from fire and/or heaters;
it is not suitable for rubbers, plastics or painted particulars. TS 33
S does not cause any harm to metals and alloys.

Aerosol of siliconic oil of high purity. It is characterized by total hydro
repellence with dewatering effect. It doesn’t contains solvents and toxic
substances. TS 36 S doesn’t show any incompatibility on metals and
plastics. TS 36 S can be mixed only with other products made on silicon
base. Due to its silicon base, the product can reduce adhesiveness
of painting. PACKAGES: Aerosol 400 ml. Boxes of 12 pcs.

It strongly adheres to metal surfaces providing a film with excellent
anti galling and lubricant performance up to 450°C. TS 39 S is suggested
for the lubricant treatment and anti galling prevention on
the rotors of the non-lubricated vacuum pumps and for the dry lubrication
of slider bars.

than mineral oils, especially
due to an higher resistant lubricant

with high viscosity grade.
